Think of God's army as a family working together. All members of the family should have their household duties.

What we do individually might not seem like that much, but if we multiply that small effort by millions of people who love our Lord and want to serve him, the results can be phenomenal.

We can achieve awesome results by becoming united as we march across America, exposing Satan’s deceitful practices, and rescuing people from his clutches.

Any service you do for our Lord, no matter how small or insignificant it might seem, can be called a mini-ministry.

Any believer who wants to serve our Lord can have a mini-ministry. These ministries are somewhat independent, but are part of the whole.

Our Lord has the master plan and is the only one who knows how all these individual pieces are meant to connect to one another.

Hold out your hands to him, like I did in the late 90's, and ask him to give you an assignment. You might be surprised at what he asks you to do. I definitely was.

Mini-ministries verses networking ministries

Each WFC mini-ministry should be part of a local WFC Chapter.

Seek God’s will for your mini-ministry.

It was in the late 90's when I held out my hands to our Lord and asked him to put something in them. If somebody back then had told me where our Lord would eventually lead me, I would have thought he or she was crazy.

Be faithful with the little our Lord gives you in the beginning. If he can trust you with that, then he will normally keep giving you more, and more, and more.

This chapter contains many possibilities for your mini-ministry, but it is important that you seek God’s will. This is HIS ARMY and he is in charge.

Use the talents God gave you. It’s also important to do what you enjoy doing.

Whatever you choose to do must be approved by the leaders of your local chapter and be in line with God’s overall plan for his army.

Warning! We are to keep the ways of the world out of God's army!!!

We don't want to control the Holy Spirit and quench what he is trying to do.

On the other hand, the enemy is very active and will try to get people on wrong roads.

There is another factor involved. This is God's army and He is in control.

There are ranks in any army.

The overall plans of the Commander in Chief filter down through the ranks.

There is a certain amount of flexibility, because our Lord will also be working with each one of his soldiers one-on-one.

The most important thing you can do is to seek God’s will. It’s his plan and he also knows where the needs are.

Even if our Lord doesn't speak to you personally, he does have a way of letting you know what he wants.

Sometimes you just know, that you know, that you know. Go with your heart. Go with the peace! Only our Lord can give true peace. Our enemy cannot.

Jesus is the Commander in Chief of his army. He is in charge and NOT man.

We are not to question why he asks us to do certain things. He definitely knows what is best!

There are times over the last years that our Lord would ask me to do things that didn't make sense to me. I did them anyway. Many times he would reveal his purposes to me at a later date. Many times what he asked me to do was simply a small test to see if I would do what he wanted me to do.

Make a commitment to serve our Lord out of love for him and not for what you can receive in return.

Be a light to the world!

We are ambassadors for Christ, his representatives on this earth.

When people look at a Christian, they should be able to see Jesus through us. Are you an example of what a Christian should be?

It’s time for all of us to do a self-inspection. Are my sins simply goof-ups or are they deliberate disobedience and rebellion against God’s Commandments?

Do I love my fellow man? The Bible says that charity or love covers a multitude of sins.

Do the best that you can. That’s all that our Lord expects.

Help one another and have fellowship with one another.

We are a family. Let’s do what families do.

The greatest commandment of all is to love our Lord and love one another.

Do you love your fellow man?

Don’t be a phony, however. If you say nice things, then mean them!

I received the following words from our Lord.

God speaking: I want each one of you to have a mini-ministry, some special assignment that you are responsible for.

Allow them to flow forth for the benefit of our entire body.

This is not a contract now. You are allowed to change your mind. Do what you feel comfortable doing.

I don’t want every individual warrior contacting the national. They will be too busy with their assignments. Let’s go through the ranks. This is an army and there are ranks.

The following are some possibilities for your mini-ministry

BROTHER-SISTER PROGRAM

People will be introduced to God's army by different methods.

The most logical person to be the sponsor of a person is the person who did the inviting.

There are times, however, when this will not be possible because of many factors (located in different community, introduced to God's army at some large gathering like a healing service, etc.)

If the sponsor is not available or chooses not to participate in this part of the program, then try to connect this new recruit with somebody with whom they have something in common.

The role of a big brother or sister is to help lead the new recruit through the initial stages of becoming a warrior for Christ. No new recruit should have to sit alone and feel left out during meetings.

The big brother or sister should also be available to answer any questions the new recruit might have.

Many of the people who become warriors in God's army will already attend a church. Their local pastor will be responsible for baptisms, etc.

A pastor who is a warrior for Christ can assume this responsibility for the local Chapter.

The Bible tells us to be baptized, not become indebted to a particular church or denomination.

There are areas, however, where people might not find a good church that is doing things our Lord's way. Our Lord then recommends that WFC establish a local community church and bring in a pastor of his choosing.

This person will be in charge of the bulletin board and should keep the messages and events current.

We need people with accounting or bookkeeping knowledge to keep the books for your local chapter.

I recommend that a treasurer's report is made available to all warriors. It doesn't have to be reported at meetings, but it can be. The key is to have this information available to all members of the local chapter.

Are you qualified to help other people?

This would be a good project for a local chapter. Not everybody can afford to purchase a lot of books.

This can also include a set of our teaching tapes, DVDs of well-known people serving our Lord, etc. Let the education begin!

Satan's army of demons is very organized. He has demons assigned to every nation, city, church, and individual on this earth. That included YOU and ME!!!

I know many people who are Christians that are housing these evil creatures.

You don’t have to become a preacher on the corner, but you can do many lowed keyed things to introduce people to our Lord and also what he is doing through his army.

Anybody can invite somebody to come to one of our gatherings for some fun and fellowship. We can talk to them about Jesus later.

You can also invite these people to a WFC gathering. Then let the education begin!

Become good at inviting people for some fun and fellowship. Some will come. Some won’t. Some will return again and again, and others won’t.

Be ready to talk to anybody, at anytime, and anywhere.

We are a family. If God's family loves one another and has a lot of fun together, people will WANT to come.

After people come to a gathering, there needs to be a follow up. There are many ways this can be done.

One key is to let these people know that you care about them, and that you are there if they have any questions or needs.

Another key is to have a proper balance in everything that you do. Don't become a radical or a fanatic.

It's important to follow up on these people, but it's also important not to bug them. Seek that proper balance.

Not all people will identify with this part of the program. Then other volunteers can assume this assignment.

Yes, there are many healings occurring throughout the world now, but it is nothing in comparison to what will happen after our Lord pours out his Spirit.

God is sending multiple portions of his anointing. Some of it will then be transferred to others.

This is not a welfare program where some people want others to provide for their needs.

God expects us to do what we can ourselves first. Then when situations come up that we cannot handle, we should help one another.

There are many community organizations that specialize in a verity of problems (alcohol, drugs, food bank, spouse abuse, etc.)

Compile a list of these organizations. Then when a need arises, you can direct people to the appropriate ministry or organization.

Would you be willing to organize or help with this project?

These are very important assignments.

Our Lord wants us to work in teams. That means that there should be two people in charge of leading the local meetings and also home fellowship groups.

People with a good sense of humor would be excellent candidates for the 2nd meeting of the evening. You could liken this to a sales rally. Have fun!

A leader should ALWAYS BE TRAINING (OJT) A TIMOTHY to lead the second group when the original splits into 2 groups. Both of these people will then be training another Timothy.

The key is to get as many people as possible involved in the meetings, etc. We are a family and each family member is important.

Local congregations will need a place to meet, a place for the monthly gatherings, etc.

People are also needed for the set-up, etc.

Our Lord wants his people to kick the world out of his churches, especially the music.

We are not to copy the music of the world. There are certain beats that actually summon up demons. Just because Christian words are attached doesn’t make the music right. Our Lord told us that he does not want Christian Rock or guitars at our meetings.

What about that volume? Loud is not always better. How intimate is that?

God wants the first fruit of our time. That also includes the music.

When you were in love, and you were spending special moments with your partner, did you scream at one another or did you have mood music to set the stage for an intimate relationship?

When we enter God’s presence, these should be special moments with Him. The music sets the stage. Prepare an atmosphere for the Holy Spirit.

Love our Lord, people. Love him for what he did for us. That is true praise and worship.

It’s easy to be good when you are around good people. It’s more difficult to be good when all of your peers are doing things they shouldn’t be doing.

This is very crucial for newborn Christians. They need to develop Christian friendships. If the only people they associate with are their old drinking immoral buddies from pre-Christianity, it might not be long before our new Christian is a backslider and doing the same things he or she did before.

Our plan is to have these classes available on SOCIAL MEDIA VIDEOS for you to show at meetings or in your homes. The leaders is then available to answer questions.

Invite people to a WFC meeting and then let the education begin. There are several excellent films on the life of Jesus also available.

The local organizations will not have an office and full time secretary. Almost everything will be done by volunteers at the local level.

God speaking: For those of you who will put me and my desires above your own, and get to know me personally, I will release my power through you. I need an army in these last days to do the work that needs to be done.  

These are my requirements to receive my power.

I want you to seek me because you love me with your entire being. I want you to want to be with me because you want to and not because you feel an obligation to do so. That is not a very healthy relationship.

You talk to me. Then I want you to stop talking and allow me to speak also.

You cannot hear me speak if you continue to talk. Put on your listening ears. We’ve gone through this before.

Number 1 is MY WORD, our Word. That is to become a priority every day. Always seek to learn something new.

Don’t read it out of obligation. When you read it, I want you to picture yourself at the feet of Jesus, back when he was on earth on one of those little hills beside the Sea of Galilee. He is speaking to you. Sit at his feet and listen to what he is saying to you. Sit at his feet and listen.

Jesus is the Word. That is his assignment.  

Not all of these people are prophets. Many are simply my children who love me and allow me to work through them.

In order for you to receive your assignment, you will need to hear what I am saying to you. That is a requirement to go to the next level. That is one requirement to become a general in my end-time army.

I will need many generals in the years to come. It doesn’t matter where you came from or what formal education you have. Those are man’s requirements, not mine.

The above are my requirements. If you can do those things for me, then I want you to work for me in these final days.

I am with you all the time. Let’s just talk back and forth, whenever one of us feels like saying something. Isn’t that what you do with people whom you know?

Most of my children bring me cold prayers. It’s too formal. Be yourself. Come to me as you are, and simply talk to me as if I was standing in front of you.

I am standing in front of you. You just don’t see me. I am everywhere at the same time. That is what omnipresent means. That also means that I am in front of you, behind you, beside you, above you, below you (but not too far), yes and even living inside you.

The only difference is that they learned how to listen. That is the key. Listen. Seek me and then listen. Talk to me as if you saw me standing in front of you.

My giants aren’t anything special.

Each one of you is just as special in my eyes. You are all my children. You have different assignments. That’s all.  

Spend time with me and in my Word. Talk to me from your heart.

Then listen. I am speaking to each one of you. Now, you simply need to learn how to hear my voice. The only way that you can listen is to close the mouth. You cannot hear while you are talking.

I want a personal relationship with you.

I am speaking to you through Rose, but I want to speak to each one of you personally. Then, I won’t need to go through another person. That is what I want.

Now, I want you to want the same thing. Your lives will never be the same after you experience that. I promise you that.

When you hear my voice, then I will be calling many of you forth to become generals in my end-time army. You cannot become a general if you don’t hear what I am telling you to do. That will not happen.  

God's money is to be used to bring his prodigal children home

Unless I specifically tell you otherwise, I want you to keep your present jobs. Some of you don’t want to work and are coming up short of your needs. Unless I tell you otherwise, I want you to get a job or a source of income.

If we have enough people giving me a few hours each week, on a part time basis, we can get the job done!

Some are receiving too much, and many of children are putting in long hours for me without any compensation whatsoever.

I need to bring a balance. This is not a fair distribution of my money.  

That is also what I need to instill in every one of you. You need to fear me, not be afraid of me, but that you will be afraid to go against my will. Then it would become necessary for me to have to discipline you.
