THE PROBLEM WITH EXISTING WITNESSING PROGRAMS
Why is it so hard for churches to get people to witness to people about Jesus?
Why is it so hard to get them off their spiritual duffs to go out into the marketplace where the lost are?
I think one of the main reasons is because churches make things complicated, with a long list of things to do and say.
I looked at one of those long lists one time. It was so long that I wondered how they could get anybody to do it. The next challenge would then get people to even listen to it.
Our Lord likes to keep things simple for his people.
We have the PLAN, people. It is SIMPLE. God said it would be so simple that even his little ones will be able to do it.
What could be simpler than little ones inviting some of their friends to a
JESUS PARTY?What could be simpler than inviting people you know and meet to a WFC gathering for some fun and fellowship?

WHY ME?
Why did our Lord give me the assignment of building him a huge army?
I believe one reason he asked me to do this is because of our past experience in direct sales.
We had the #1 distributorship in the nation for a direct sales ma
rketing company years ago.Even though WFC is a ministry and not a sales organization, people are still people. People need to be motivated to get their spiritual duffs off the pews and into the marketplace to reach the lost.
That is where my background comes in. Many of the methods that we used to recruit and get people to sell a product are the same as recruiting a huge army for our Lord.
People are still people are still people.
You could liken what we are doing (eternal salvation through Jesus Christ) to selling a product. We have a definite advantage over selling a tangible product, however.
Our product is FREE. Jesus already paid the price for our salvation. All we have to do is show people how they can get something really AWESOME for FREE!!!
Our Lord wants us to use many of the same principles that we used in building and motivating a sales force in building and motivating his army. They work, my friends. They work.

POP (Pockets of Production)
One thing that works great in developing a large organization is POP or POCKETS OF PRODUCTION.
Each WFC congregation will be comprised of many HOME FELLOWSHIP GROUPS.
The basic unit in WFC will be the local home fellowship group (various names). Local congregations will rapidly be popping up throughout this country and then throughout the entire world. Any small group of people (minimum 2) can start a home group.
Get other home groups also established. The local home group is our POCKET OF PRODUCTION.
When you get several home groups established, get together for a weekly gathering.
We recommend that all WFC groups within an area meet periodically (1-2 months) for some fun and fellowship.
There will be more divisions in God's army as we continue to grow.
Developing many POCKETS OF PRODUCTION (POP) will work great in GOD'S ARMY.

THE PURPOSE FOR PRIZES AND AWARDS
Just paying people a commission to sell a product doesn't motivate people that much. That is why sales organizations continually have promotions.
People are still people are still people, even when they are working for our Lord.
We must consider another factor in building our Lord an army. Most of these people will be volunteers and will not be paid for their efforts.
What will it take to motivate people in God's army to get their
SPIRITUAL DUFFS off those comfortable pews and out into the marketplace where the lost are?No, we don't want to see anybody spending eternity with Satan. That fact exists in the churches today, but it is not motivating enough people to witness to their fellow man.
That's why we'll incorporate
PRIZES, AWARDS, and RECOGNITION into our program.God’s army will operate outside the walls of the churches. Our sales rallies are NOT church services.
Our Lord gave his blessing to this program. That is very important!
I am here to please our Lord and not man.
Much of the church will get upset with what God's Army is about to do. One reason is because many people will leave the modern Laodicean Church and join God's Army.
God always has his remnant. He calls us his Philadelphia Church. Many in this church will become warriors in
GOD'S ARMY!God's army WILL get their spiritual duffs off those pews and WILL get out into the marketplace where the lost are.
Why will they do this?
They will do it because they love our Lord and want to serve him.
Jesus is coming with HIS PLAN. His plan is simple and it works.
We can bring in a huge harvest by recruiting a large army of laborers to reap this harvest.
God's army will mainly be volunteers who love our Lord and want to serve him a couple hours a week.
It would be impossible to put everybody on the payroll.
Our Lord has special rewards in heaven for people who help him bring in this harvest.
That is great, but what about now?
It is our desire that people who are doing much for our Lord are recognized for their service to him
NOW!We discovered in our former sales business that people normally work harder for recognition and awards than they do for the money.
Please don't confuse this with the PRIDE that our Lord is against in his church. These are two separate situations.
There are two main purposes for these prizes and awards.
The first purpose of these awards is to motivate people to get off their spiritual duffs to recruit people into God’s Army.
We do this by inviting both existing Christians and the lost to some gathering. The lost can be told about Jesus at the appropriate time.
Remember the KISS formula. You don't have to become a preacher, people.
KEEP IT SIMPLE!If we just ask people to go and recruit people, not too many normally respond. We need to motivate them to action. We need to find their ‘hot button’ or what turns them on.
The second purpose for these awards is to recognize those who are doing a good job for our Lord.

WORK THE NUMBERS
We already talked about the penny a day doubled every day for 30 days.
The numbers are out there, people. Work the numbers and the numbers will work for you.
Some will! Some won’t! That is always the way it is. For every no you receive, there is a yes around the corner.
We need to keep things very simple for people. It’s easy to ask a person a question and then invite them to something.
Always be prepared and have your tools with you. Have something to give them.
For people who don’t even want to do that, they can simply leave some form of literature somewhere. Somebody might come along and pick it up. This is a VERY LOW PERCENTAGE for your effort, but something is better than nothing.
There are bulletin boards in laundromats, etc. where people are allowed to post things. Use your imagination.
Some of these methods will probably work great for inviting people to a

NATIONAL NEWSLETTER
The national office will publish a MONTHLY NEWSLETTER on the website. Any member or local congregation can copy parts or all of it it for their group.
Each WFC congregation is encouraged to submit a short article about what is happening in their groups. Recognize the people who are doing a good job. Yes, pictures are ok.
You wouldn’t believe the response this newsletter gets from people!!!
The people in our sales organization waited with anticipation for our copies of the national newsletter. People enjoy seeing their picture or name in print.
Be sure to recognize the people who are doing a good job.
The winners of national awards will also be published in this newsletter.
Healthy friendly competition between groups, regions, etc. works great.
It would be wise to promote group competition at your monthly gatherings also.
As God's Army grows, we can also have regional and state competitions.
Groups can develop a little chant or have a special name or mascot.
I can see those RELIGIOUS SPECS COME ON! No, this is NOT very religious, but it will get many positive results!
What is more important. Winning souls and preparing a pure and holy bride for Jesus or attending a boring church service once a week , but never doing anything significant for our Lord.
Please compare the results before you POINT THAT FINGER!

TOP RECRUITER AND SOUL WINNING AWARDS
Our goal is to build God a huge army. That is why we'll have lots of recruiting rewards.
These awards can be given at the national, state, and local levels.
We got a lot of leverage out of the following promotion in our sales organization, and it didn’t cost much at all.
When a person sold his 10th unit, he would receive a special nametag to wear at the meetings. I couldn’t believe how people responded to this.
In our case, we are trying to build our Lord a huge army. You can see what will happen if every person recruits 3-5 people into God’s army.
God recently told me to use the number 7. He has his reasons. Let's see what happens when we use that number.
1. 7 x 7 = 49
2. 49 x 7 = 342
3. 342 x 7 = 2,401
4. 2,401 x 7 = 16,807
5. 16,807 x 7 = 117,649
6. 117,649 x 7 = 823,543
7. 823,543 x 7 = 5,764,801
8. 5,764,801 x 7 = 40,353,607
9. 40,353,607 x 7 = 282,475,249
10. 282,475,249 x 7 = 1,977,326,743
11. 1,977,326,743 x 7 = 7,841,287,201
12. 7,841,287,201 (close to the population of the world)
No, we won't recruit that many people, but we can build our Lord an army of tens of millions of warriors.
That is why we will have a special award that people can wear when they recruit their 7th person as a warrior into God's Army.
A warrior doesn't have to stop at 7, however. There will be many promotions, prizes, and awards as warriors continue to BUILD GOD A MIGHTY ARMY.
Some will and some won't.
We are always open to suggestions! Be creative!

TRAVELING TROPHY
Traveling trophies for individuals and groups work great.
T
he group that recruits the most warriors for that month would get his name engraved on it. They would also get to keep it at their local meeting place for the rest of the month.You can also do this for individuals at the local WFC congregation meeting. .

BULLETIN BOARD
A bulletin board can display
the pictures of the local winners each month.~ ~ ~ ~ ~
GROUP COMPETITION
We can also have competition between the different groups.
Challenges work great. The following are some ideas.
The winner gets the loser to do a certain thing.
The winning team gets to eat ____ and the losing team ____ at the monthly get together.
Sometimes challenges between the groups can feature the leaders instead of the entire group.
Be creative and have fun. We must use good taste, however.

MONTHLY SOCIAL GATHERING
Once every 1-2 months, all the WFC congregations in an area could get together for a social activity instead of the weekly meeting.
This is when the awards can be given.
There can also be drawings, etc. The key is to have fun. Be creative!

OFFICERS CLUB
We are an army, and every army has different ranks of officers.
Our Lord has chosen the Generals for his army, but any foot soldier can rise through the ranks by fulfilling certain requirements.
Boot camp is a requirement for all new recruits. Select classes will be part of this initial training into God's army.
We must equip our warriors with the full armor of God.
Warriors will be able to rise through the ranks by fulfilling certain requirements.
This is equal opportunity for all.
There can be a special club for officers in God's Army.

SUGGESTION BOX
Have a suggestion box.
We are a family. We want contributions from all warriors in God's Army.
The people coming into God's Army will have a variety of talents and many creative ideas.
Sometimes people will develop an idea or concept from another person.
Let's share what works with people throughout God's Army. Yes, we'll have friendly competitions between groups in God's Army, but NEVER forget our main purpose.
This is about SOULS, SOULS, SOULS, and then some MORE SOULS!
It's time that God's people unite and work as one unit. Yes, we can have lots of fellowship and fun, but NEVER allow that to replace our 2 main assignments. They are to bring in a great
HARVEST OF SOULS from throughout the world and to prepare a PURE AND HOLY BRIDE for our Lord.Getting people to come to a meeting is one thing. They might not be saved when they come, but it shouldn't take too long before they find out how wonderful our Lord and Savior is.
Keep it simple, Get the people to come. Have everybody pray for their soul, and allow the Holy spirit do what he does best. There will reach a point when those who continue to attend the gatherings will finally make a commitment to JESUS.
