Requirements to Receive God's Power

Acts 2:16-21 KJV

“This is that which was spoken by the prophet Joel. And it shall come to pass in the last days, saith God. I will pour out of my Spirit upon all flesh, and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, and your young men shall see visions, and your old men shall dream dreams. And on my servants and on my handmaidens I will pour out in those days of my Spirit; and they shall prophesy. And I will shew wonders in heaven above, and signs in the earth beneath, blood, and fire, and vapor of smoke. The sun shall be turned into darkness, and the moon into blood, before that great and notable day of the Lord come. And it shall come to pass, that whosoever shall call on the name of the Lord shall be saved.” 

Mark 16:15–20 KJV

“And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature. He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned. And these signs shall follow them that believe. In my name shall they cast out devils. They shall speak with new tongues. They shall take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them. They shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover. So then after the Lord had spoken unto them, he was received up into heaven, and sat on the right hand of God. And they went forth, and preached everywhere, the Lord working with them, and confirming the word with signs following.”  

Rose speaking: God will soon pour out his Spirit as predicted by the prophet Joel. We are going back to the first century church. The early church grew daily. People saw the miracles and believed.

That is what will also bring in this final HARVEST OF SOULS before Jesus comes for HIS BRIDE and the 7-Year Tribulation Period begins.

The people today will also see and believe.  

God chooses toe work through man, however. Our Lord needs pure, yielded vessels, through whom he can accomplish this mighty work.

The following are requirements to receive his power. This is part of a message that I received on February 16, 2004. 

God speaking: For those of you who will put me and my desires above your own, and get to know me personally, I will release my power through you.

I need an army in these last days to do the work that needs to be done.  

These are my requirements to receive my power.

1. SEEK ME 

The first thing that you must do is to SEEK ME. Seek me for a relationship, and not because of what I might bring you or give you.

I want you to seek me because you love me with your entire being.

I want you to want to be with me, because you want to, and not because you feel an obligation to do so. That is not a very healthy relationship. It must come from the heart.

That is #1. I WANT YOU TO LOVE ME AND WANT TO BE WITH ME.

2. I WANT TO BE ABLE TO TALK TO YOU ALSO.

You talk to me.

Then I want you to stop talking, and allow me to speak also. You cannot hear me speak if you continue to talk.

Put on your listening ears.

We’ve gone through this before.

3. HEAR WHAT I AM SAYING THROUGH OTHER SOURCES

The next step is to HEAR WHAT I AM SAYING TO YOU THROUGH OTHER SOURCES.

Number 1 is MY WORD, our Word. That is to become a PRIORITY EVERY DAY.

Always seek to learn something new. Don’t read it out of obligation.

When you read it, I want you to picture yourself at the feet of Jesus, back when he was on earth on one of those little hills beside the Sea of Galilee. He is speaking to you. SIT AT HIS FEET and LISTEN TO WHAT HE IS SAYING to you.

Sit at his feet and listen. Jesus is the Word. That is his assignment.  

After you have spent time in our Word and with Jesus, then you can learn from other sources.

I also speak through many of my chosen vessels. I say vessels, because those are the only ones who allow me to speak through them.

I had my true prophets in the Old Testament times and I also have many true prophets today.

Because most of you don't hear me speak to you personally, it means that I need to resort to saying specific words to my children that are not found in the Bible through my chosen prophets, my 21st CENTURY PROPHETS. I have many throughout the world.

There are man’s ways, and there are also my ways.

I have many anointed children whom I speak through. Listen to my voice as I speak through them.

Not all of these people are prophets. Many are simply my children who love me and allow me to work through them.

4. YIELD YOURSELVES TO ME

After you have done those things, then YIELD YOURSELVES TO ME.

I must be first in your lives. Allow me to work through you.

Listen to my Spirit, and then allow him to tell you what your assignment is. I have the master plan.

I want you to fit into my plan. I don’t want to be made to fit into your plan.

This is MY ARMY that I am assembling. This is MY PLAN and I GIVE THE ASSIGNMENTS.

Requirements to become a GENERAL in God's Army

In order for you to receive your assignment, you will NEED TO HEAR what I am saying to you. That is a requirement to go to the next level.

That is one requirement to become a general in my end time army.

I will need many generals in the years to come. It doesn’t matter where you came from or what formal education you have. Those are man’s requirements, not mine.

The above are my requirements. If you can do those things for me, then I want you to work for me in these final days.

The importance of having a personal relationship with Jesus

Leave your sins outside my door, and you will be allowed to enter a new relationship with me like you have never experienced before.  

We don’t have much time left before my Son returns.

Give him your life, your entire life. Spend time with him and seek a personal relationship with him.

Then I want you to love him above anything else. That’s what brides do.  

Then we’ll talk about your assignment.

Yes, I want all of my children working for me. All of my children can become foot soldiers and prayer warriors.  

Avoid COLD PRAYERS and just talking back and forth with God 

I want all of my children to become a prayer warrior. That is simply talking to me, but now I want you to talk to me more.

I’m not talking about some religious experience, but simply talking to me, whenever you feel like it.

I am with you all the time. Let’s just talk back and forth, whenever one of us feels like saying something. Isn’t that what you do with people who you know?

You are created in my image. That is what I want from my children. Let’s talk. It doesn’t have to be something scheduled. That is so cold.

Most of my children bring me cold prayers. It’s too formal. Be yourself.

Come to me as you are, and simply talk to me as if I was standing in front of you.

I am standing in front of you. You just don’t see me. I am everywhere at the same time. That is what omnipresent means. That also means that I am in front of you, behind you, beside you, above you, below you (but not too far), yes and even living inside you.

Get this in your spirit being, and then into your minds. I am with you 24/7 as the world calls it. If we are together, does it not make sense for us to talk to one another?  

Why are people so amazed when I speak to certain people?

I want the same thing for you.

The only difference is that they learned how to listen. That is the key. Listen. Seek me and then listen.

Talk to me as if you saw me standing in front of you.

That is what I seek from all of my children. That is what I yearn for.  

God has an assignment for every one of us 

My giants aren’t anything special. Each one of you is just as special in my eyes.

You are all my children. You have different assignments. That’s all.  

I have an assignment for each one of my children. I want to tell you what it is, but first, you will need to hear me so that I can tell you what it is.

Spend time with me and in my Word. Talk to me from your heart.

Then listen. I am speaking to each one of you. Now, you simply need to learn how to hear my voice.

The only way that you can listen is to CLOSE THE MOUTH. You cannot hear while you are talking.  

Don’t try to impress me with fancy words. I created the universe. There is nothing that you can do that can impress me.

I want a personal relationship with you.

That is what I yearn for above everything else, and that also includes service.  

I am speaking to you through Rose, but I want to speak to each one of you personally.

Then, I won’t need to go through another person. That is what I want. Now, I want you to want the same thing.

Your lives will never be the same after you experience that. I promise you that.

You must hear God’s voice to become a general in God’s army

When you hear my voice, then I will be calling many of you forth to become generals in my end-time army.

You cannot become a general if you don’t hear what I am telling you to do. That will not happen.  

This will not be an army of self-appointed glory seeking people.

I am seeking pure people with a humble heart, who love me and want to please me. These people will serve me out of love, and not because of what I can give them.  

God wants his money to be used to bring his prodigal children home 

The blessings will come, but you will have to work for me without compensation in the beginning.

I see the heart. The blessings will come, but it might not be in terms of financial compensation.  

I do want the money coming into this ministry to be used for the quest of my prodigal children.

If all my money is spent on salaries, that doesn’t leave much for the work that I have planned.  

Unless I specifically tell you otherwise, I want you to keep your present jobs.

Some of you don’t want to work and are coming up short of your needs. Unless I tell you otherwise, I want you to get a job or a source of income.

If we have enough people giving me a few hours each week, on a part time basis, we can get the job done!  

There will be people, who rise from within the ranks, who I will tell to leave their source of income behind and work for me full time.

Rose is one of those people. She left her business behind and has been working for me without any compensation.

God wants to tell you where to give your TITHES and OFFERINGS 

I do want you to start giving your tithes where I want you to, and not where some man tells you to give them.

It is my money. I decide where it is to go.

Some are receiving too much, and many of children are putting in long hours for me without any compensation whatsoever. I need to bring a balance. This is not a fair distribution of my money.  

Rose doesn’t want to write this but she must. She has worked for me for years without any compensation. I have a lot of catching up to do. That is not the reason why she has done what she has for me. I promised her that I would provide for her. I will not break my promise. It’s time that she starts to receive compensation for the work that she is doing for me. She is putting in very long hours.  

I want the people that I am assembling in this ministry to know that the money they give will be used according to my wishes. That is my money. I see the needs.  

We all need to fear God

Rose must obey me. She no longer has any choice. She is afraid to disobey me. I put the 'FEAR OF GOD' in her one day. She learned her lesson well.

That is also what I need to instill in every one of you.

You need to fear me, not be afraid of me, but that you will be afraid to go against my will.

Then it would become necessary for me to have to discipline you.

I don’t enjoy disciplining my children. I only do it when it is necessary.

That is why it is better if you have a fear of me. Then you won’t do those things that will require discipline.
