God Wants Humble Leaders

God is presently sending his warning for people to turn around

God speaking: My people are coming up too short. That is why I am presently sending forth my warnings. For those who don’t turn around, I will bring my judgment. That is done out of love so that my people won’t be left behind.  

I expect purity in my leaders, a certain standard that is above the rest of my body.  

Cool the titles, guys.  

That is one of the things that I don’t like that is happening in my body. I hate these titles that are meant to separate these people from the rest of my body. I don’t like it one bit. I do want that stopped, but I think that might be a losing cause.  

Yes, a pastor can be called pastor. That is fine. That is his position. It is sort of like a Mr. or Mrs. That is fine with me. I’m talking about titles that are meant to impress people, to make them more important than the rest of my body.

I don’t want any titles as such in WFC.

I don’t want any titles used pertaining to gifts or offices that I specifically give my people in WFC. I don’t want the words prophet or apostle used in a manner that will elevate a particular person above the average people. I want everyone in my end-time army to march in rank with one another.  

Yes, I will have my generals. If you come up with a plan where people actually earn different levels in my end-time army, it will be ok. It will be ok because they will have earned them.

I will allow it only if these titles don’t give man a big head. That is my concern at this time. That might happen. If I do not allow that in your plans, that will be the reason and only reason.

My people will need to be motivated or they won’t do anything. It’s that simple. It has to come from within. If it takes something like this to get my people off their duffs, then go for it.

We have a work to do and need to come up with some things that will work. The main restrictions are that these things don’t become more important than me, and that everybody has an equal chance to acquire any title that is used in the promotions. These titles will be earned.  

That is not what I am talking about. I’m talking about exclusive titles that will cause my people to lord over others in my family.

Yes, you will need leaders, but I want humility to be one of their characteristics.

I hate pride. I don’t want pride to enter this ministry. I want pride kept outside the doors.

God is no respecter of persons

I talk to a lot of my children every day. That is what I seek. That is what I yearn for.

I don’t like it when some of my children use it to lord over others and make it seem like I have special favor for them. That is not true. I am no respecter of persons.  

There is a little contradiction to that statement, however, and that is that I do have some favorites.

The reason for that is that they love me more than the others do. They are purer than the others are. They seek to please me and not themselves. That’s why they are so special to me.

If the others would do those same things, they would also be that special to me.  

WFC leaders are not to exalt themselves above others

You will have leaders of local WFC gatherings that you will need to keep in line.

I cannot have man exalt himself over my other children. That will be the biggest challenge that you will face. How do you keep these people humble?

You must keep this ministry pure.  

You have seen how I only resort to discipline when it is absolutely necessary. I always want you to try to steer them and send them warnings before you have to use those strings.

The strings can also be used for steering like the reins of a horse. When the horse and master get to know each other very well, they will respond to the smallest nudge. That is how I want my leaders to respond to me.  

That is where I am taking you. I am having you get to know how I think and react. I am also learning more about you. Then we will respond to one another without a lot of explanation. We will already know how the other one will react.

That is also what I have planned for this group. You will need to get to know one another first,.

The day will come when you will work as one body, as one unit. You will each have your specific assignments, but you will be so in tune with one another and will help one another, that it will almost seem like one large assignment.

If won’t matter to this group who is in charge or who does what. It will work as one unit, doing whatever needs to be done at the moment.

There will be no lording over one another, and pride will not be a factor.

This is a special group that I am assembling, a very special group. It is because of what you are, and what you will be doing for me, is the reason that you will be so very special to me.

Others have the same opportunity, so for that reason, I am no respecter of persons.  

WFC is your vacation home. Have fun!

Equal opportunity is the key. That is also the key to any promotions. That is why I will allow and even recommend those things.

My people need to be motivated to get off their spiritual duffs.  

You could not do those things as a church, but you are outside the walls of the established churches. This is my children’s vacation home.

This is the time to have some fun. You will bring your work with you, but you will have fun doing it.  

Remain flexible to a change of plans

Like I’ve told you several times in the past now. I know the end, but I live in the moment and take things as they come.

I know the end, but there is a day-by-day process to get to the end.

In this process, I do change my mind. Always go with the latest instructions.

Originally, you were concerned when I changed my mind. You thought that it was a contradiction.

No. Plans can change on a daily basis or even by the hour. Time is not a factor.

As circumstances change, my plans also change. My overall plan does not change, but the little steps to get to the end result might.  

Sometimes I’ll send people on detours like I did yesterday with you. That is not a contradiction, simply a detour. I do have my reasons for detours.

The guys with the specs would take what I said to you out of context and have a good time with it criticizing you.

You don’t fit into their mold. My end-time army will not fit into their mold.

 Leaders in God’s end-time army 

Leaders in God’s end-time army are to be humble and not filled with pride.

A statement was made about a lot of my people knowing something is about to happen, but they don’t know what. That is because they are not part of my immediate plans.

I am calling forth average people to be the leaders in my end-time army.

There is too much pride in these people; therefore, I have chosen to by-pass many of them and will bring forth a peculiar people who love me above everything else, to release my power through.

This will humble many of them. They will no longer be exclusive. I need to humble many of them.

 God's  youth will be a mighty force

My youth will also humble them. My youth will accomplish much for me, so much more than many of the giants.

They will do things that these people cannot or refuse to do for me. My youth will be a very special people.

They will dress like mavericks but I see the heart.

It will not be what is on the outside that counts, but is what is in their hearts.  

They seek love, a genuine love.

They want to find themselves. They will find themselves through me.

I am very excited about my youth. They will accomplish so much more than the adults, so much more.

They will also be a very special people to me.

Many have tried the ways of Satan, but it won’t take long for them to discover that my way is so much better.  

Love is the key

It’s about relationships and my love

First love me and then one another. That is the key. That is how we will reach the world.

My people have tried words in the past. Words without love are void.

Satan discovered the key. His is a false love, but that is what people think that they are receiving.

Every war has its casualties

Satan always copies me because he knows that what I do works.

It’s man that messes up my plan.

Satan is even copying my signs and wonders and even raising people from the dead in many of those pagan nations.

People think that these people are dead, but in reality they are not. He has a way to make these people appear dead and people are buying into it. He has found a way to sustain life even when the heartbeat is not detectable and also a way to cool down the body.

The magicians in Egypt also duplicated what Moses did in many cases. He also has many powers, but his powers always come in second to mine.

I have twice the number of angels that he has but that doesn’t stop him.

Every time that he loses a battle, he still takes some of my children with him. There are casualties in every war. You cannot have a war without casualties.  

Even the war with Iraq had its casualties.

There are so many cases where I supernaturally intervene to protect my children. You hear about a few of them, but there are so many.

I wanted Hussein removed from power because he was such an evil man.  

America will fall after the harvest is over and Jesus takes his bride home

America will fall. There are more gods than money and prestige.

The people behind the scenes promoting the One World Government are the true rulers of this country.  

Once my people are gone, then Satan will have his way.

He will be able to accomplish that, because at that time, I will remove my protective hand from this country. If America would turn around, I would not allow that to happen.  

A call to holiness so that you don’t miss the rapture

I am raising a mighty army. I am bringing these people, my precious children home with me before America does fall. I love my faithful children so very much. I will protect them.  

Many will remain, however. These are my children who still serve Satan through the sins in their lives.

You must be holy and have those sins removed before you can come into my house.

Lukewarm is not acceptable for the rapture.

Many who are lukewarm will finally come home to live with me, but they must be purged first! 

The harvest continues into the Tribulation Period

Now you got it, Rose. Now you got it. That is the difference in some of these prophecies. You finally picked up on it.

The purging and circumcising that Fuchsia talks about in her vision pertains to the part of my body that will still need to be purified.  

The harvest will continue after my people come home with my Son.

Many will be shocked when they find out that they were not chosen to become a bride for my Son.

Many will turn around in those days. Many will be tried and purified in those days. The harvest will continue.

Many will be martyred in those days.  

Keep checking this website and tell others about it

This is information that needs to be on the Internet so that my people will be informed as to what will happen in the near future. This will be information that some will pick up on and then spread to others.  

This website will also become popular in Israel!

Many won’t accept the information at this time, but many will check in because of curiosity.

Once they see that many of the prophecies that were in the Old Testament were actually fulfilled by Jesus, many will accept that information and will turn to my Son as their true Messiah and Lord.

Some will. Some won’t.  

Jesus is the Word

Jesus is my Word. You were always wondering about that. Your head accepts that because it is in my Word, but you don’t understand it. This is another difficult concept for man to understand with your earthly minds.  

We are Spirit. Our words are also spirit or a continuation of what we are. I’m trying to describe this in words that are not part of our heavenly vocabulary.

All 3 of us are spiritual personalities. Our words are part of our spirit also. Just like you have arms, legs, a voice, a mind, etc., we also are comprised of different parts in the spiritual realm. I think that you are starting to pick up where I am leading you, Rose. I stated voice. That is what gave you the clue.  

The words that you speak are an extension of you. The words that we speak are also an extension of us. Jesus is the Word.

Now we are going back to our assignments again. I think you are getting this.  

Bringing our Word to our people was the assignment of my Son. That was one of his assignments. Because our words are actually part of our being, then the words that we have sent into the world are actually part of Jesus because of his assignment.

Now you are wondering, Rose. But, it is the role of our Spirit to inspire the writers of my Word to man.

You are correct, but only to a point.

Our Spirit is our power. Jesus is the Word, but the Word is sent to man through our power source and that is the Holy Spirit.

We are one, but our assignments are different.  

Nuggets 

These are nuggets, Rose, nuggets. The guys with the specs will have a hey-day with some of these nuggets. They will search, and search, and search, and will not be able to come up with THEIR answers.  

You are not revealing these things to man. I am your source. These are my thoughts and my Words flowing through you to mankind.

Rose speaking: The following are a few related scriptures.  

Daniel 12:4

“But thou, O Daniel, shut up the words, and seal the book, even to the end of time. Many shall run to and fro, and knowledge shall be increased.”  

Daniel 12: 8

“And he said. Go thy way Daniel. For thy words are closed up and sealed until the time of the end.” 

Mark 4:22

“For there is nothing hid, which shall not be manifested, neither was any thing kept secrets, but that it should come abroad.” 

This is how I wrote my Bible, our Word to mankind. They didn’t have computers in those days, but they did write them down as I spoke them.

You picked up another thing this morning. I’m having you go back to the last chapters of Deuteronomy and then into Joshua.  

There have been many debates on how the Books of Moses where written. This is how. You picked that up this morning. It’s in our Word.  

Deuteronomy 31: 24 

“And it came to pass, when Moses had made an end of writing the words of this law in a book, until they were finished.”  

God’s end-time army will be average people

My end time army will be different also. The people sitting in many of my churches are my prime candidates for my army. Many of these people will become my generals in this army.

Pastors don’t have to get involved. Simply allow and encourage your people to become part of this mighty work.

WFC will have mighty lungs to send God’s Word to the nations 

We’re back to the beginning.

By that, I mean when you had your false labor. This time it will emerge as a beautiful healthy baby with very powerful lungs.

Those lungs represent the Words that will flow through them to the world.

They will be powerful words, my Words.  

The blood and love 

Oma sheeka also needs to become part of that category. You can call it THE BLOOD.

Rose speaking: This is a word that keeps coming up repeatedly in my speaking in tongues.  

Love and the blood. Love will flow through my Word to these people. Love will flow through your words to these people also. Apply the blood. Speak my Words and then love them. Never forget the love.  

Yes, we can’t forget the prayer warriors. They will go ahead of my army.

These are offensive weapons that my regular army will use to defeat the enemy and bring my children home.  

The blood and my Word will also defeat the enemy, but then it will be love that will entice my children to come home to me. 

Love them, love them, and then love them some more. That is the key.

I want the people coming through your doors to be able to find a good church. This will be another one of my 1-2 punches.
