How to Unite God's Army to Work as a Team

Think We - Not Me!

An army of specialists verses personal kingdoms

Jesus is the Commander in Chief of GOD'S ARMY.

God's Army is an ARMY OF SPECIALISTS. Jesus has the battle plan and gives each of us our assignments.

You could liken this to the medical field. They have hearts specialists, dermatologists, neurologists etc. People are referred to the specialist in that particular field when a need arises.

COMPANIES are comprised of people with like assignments, working together as one large division to FILL A PARTICULAR NEED in all 7 mountains of our society.

The 7 mountains are Religion, Family, Education, Government, Media, Arts & Entertainment, and Business.

You can serve in God's Army in any of the 7 mountains of our society. It doesn't have to be through a church or ministry.

Do the best that you can with whatever assignment God gives you, and He will be very pleased with you. That is what counts.

God speaking: This will be an army of specialists.

The days of man's kingdoms are over, church.

Those who JOIN MY ARMY, and truly work for me instead of self, will be blessed beyond measure.

Those who want to hold onto their personal kingdoms, will find out in a hurry that they made unwise decisions as their funds dry up in a hurry.

Many of my children will still follow personalities, because they want their feathers tickled. They want to hear the wonderful words that my modern church continues to tell my children.

Yes, much of what they say is true, but if that ministry or church is not doing what I want it to do, then I am going to pass it by and it won't receive my blessings.

What is the role of COMPANIES in God's Army?

Companies are people or ministries with similar assignments that will team up and work together to fulfill those particular needs in God's Army.

These companies will then recruit other individuals or ministries with like assignments to work together.

Each company will also do what God's warriors in God's Army will continually be doing.

They will RECRUIT, EQUIP, AND SEND these people back into the world to do the same thing.

The key to growth in God's Army is to replace oneself as fast and as often as possible.

People in COMPANIES will not only become experts in recruiting people into their COMPANIES, they will also recruit people into other COMPANIES.

Each company will consist of specialists in their particular field. Each piece and section will have its specific assignments from our Lord.

These COMPANIES then need to CONNECT with other companies in God's Army. That is how this jigsaw puzzle called God's Army will get assembled, one piece or one company at a time.

God speaking: We will have many COMPANIES developing at the same time.

Different parts of this puzzle will be growing and connecting at the same time.

The importance of the COMPANIES is for uniting purposes.

Not many churches will be able to identify with that in the beginning.

What will really get their attention is when they start to lose their following to My Army.

We won't close the door to that church, unless I tell you to. Only I can see the heart of the people involved in making decisions.

NEXT will become a very popular word in the days ahead.

The key is for people with like assignments to unite and work together as a team, instead of being in competition with one another for those 30 PIECES OF SILVER.

The Laodicean Church has become BIG BUSINESS

Before you get upset with the words I am about to say, remember that JESUS THREW THE MONEY CHANGERS our of the Temple 2,000 years ago, and he is about to also throw out the MONEY CHANGERS in his modern church.

God is in his CLEAN UP phase, and he is starting with his church. How can he present to the world a PURE AND HOLY CHURCH unless first he cleans it up?

Christianity has become BIG BUSINESS in too many instances.

Satan dangles those '30 PIECES OF SILVER' and becoming a small god in front of man, and many take the bait.

Once people get hooked, and start to become wealthy and are treated like a small god, it'll be hard for these people to give that up.

Changing the mindsets of people

When God gave me the vision for his army years ago, I believed that it would be impossible to unite all these churches and ministries to work together to bring in this harvest.

Now God gave me the MISSING PIECES on how this is feasible.

Some will and some won't is always what happens.

It's almost impossible to CHANGE THE MIND-SETS of people who have done things a certain way all their lives.

That is why God's Army is going after the YOUTH.

We know that with God, all things are possible, so I am definitely working on my faith that God will open the doors to make this miracle happen.

A MISSING PIECE that was needed

God has a wonderful sense of humor, people.

One day, while I was playing samba (card game) with some friends, the word CONNECTOR just popped out of my mouth. I hadn't been thinking about it. The word just popped out. My friends caught a-hold of that word and have been using it ever since.

I've talked about my WAKE-UP CALL many times in the messages over the years.

In the beginning of our journey together, our Lord would literally wake me up at 3:00 A.M. with some strong words or a short phrase. That usually ended up to be the topic that we talked about during our time together that day.

Guess what? This morning I received my wake-up call again. This time it was... "YOU ARE MY CONNECTOR, Rose!"

Company of Connectors

One of the assignments of WFC is to CONNECT the pieces of God's Army together (like a huge jigsaw puzzle).

Only God knows how all these pieces are to fit together.

God speaking:

I gave WFC and Rose an assignment of being a CONNECTOR, NOT being in charge of all the networking churches and ministries, but CONNECTING them together for my plan and purposes.

You are my connector, Rose, so don't let me down now.

I didn't spend all this time with you, preparing you for this day, for you to get complacent on me now.

Yes, Rose, you are my CONNECTOR. I led you to that word while you were playing samba with your friends.

I do have a sense of humor, my children.

You have the vision, Rose.

I told you, and not others, to literally BUILD ME AN ARMY.

You are chosen for this hour and this very important assignment.

I gave you the plan for MY ARMY.

You are definitely MY CONNECTOR, Rose, because you have the plan.

You needed that CONNECTOR word to move forward, and you now have it.

You are also part of CONNECTING Florida and Nashville (about a prophecy spoken in Nashville).

I speak to those 3 (Kent, Timothy, and Robin), and I will prepare them in advance for what is coming out of Florida.

Yes, Rose, making you MY CONNECTOR was the key.

Yes, I do work in mysterious ways.

Your plans are vital for the success of My Army.

Who is going to connect the pieces of that puzzle together, if you don't do it? Answer me that.

This is a door opener. I will then tell you who to send information and an invitation to and who not to.

Some of these people are too important at this time to be bothered with a NO NAME, so we will pass them by at this time.

The role of the CONNECTOR in God's Army

Now I can finally visualize how we can get this unassembled jigsaw puzzle called GOD'S ARMY put together, and working together as one for our Lord.

These COMPANIES are different sections of the puzzle.

When God's Army (puzzle) is finally assembled, it will be a beauty to behold!

How does one bring all these COMPANIES together to work as one?

Rose is GOD'S WFC CONNECTOR, connecting His churches, ministries, and warriors to work side-by-side as one, like the Allies did in WWII.

Connecting God's Army together is like a huge chain. Each warrior is to be part of a link in this chain.

Each link will have a CONNECTOR (representative) that links that group to 1 or more links in the chain.

Visualize putting together that gigantic puzzle again.

There will be MANY CONNECTING PIECES, connecting the COMPANIES together with OTHER COMPANIES of the puzzle.

The important thing is that there are no LONE-RANGERS. All pieces need to be connected in the main chain that leads to GOD'S ARMY WFC HEADQUARTERS, but they can also be connected to other related COMPANIES.

How about a COMPANY of COMPANY CONNECTORS? This COMPANY'S CONNECTOR (representative) will communicate with Rose, who will act as a liaison between the CONNECTOR REPRESENTATIVE and our Lord.

Rose will present the plans from these COMPANIES to our Lord for his approval and/or recommendations.

COMPANIES and CONNECTORS are necessary to make this work

Now back to assembling this puzzle called GOD'S ARMY.

God will select a key person or team to head each of these COMPANIES and will place them in their section of the puzzle.

They will then find and connect other pieces with the same assignments.

Each COMPANY will work as one unit, like the Allies did in World War II.

Those COMPANIES and CONNECTORS are essential keys to making this happen.

Now the plans for building you a HUGE ARMY can work.

You told me that I was your CONNECTOR, Lord, but you are the REAL CONNECTOR.

Only you know the talents and hearts of the people that you want to connect together.

I am just one of your vessels that you are using to connect your people together in the physical, if that makes sense.

Yes, it does Rose, and that is where I wanted you to go with this.

I will lead and plant my thoughts into your spirit, and then you will transform those thoughts into literal actions throughout my physical army.

We are a team, my love. We spent almost 20 years together on this.

A lot has happened over those many years to prepare you for this day and this hour. I kept dangling meeting your teammate in front of you all those years, but now the day has finally come when you will finally meet.

I chose this team with extreme care, my precious children.

There is no greed or selfishness in either one of them. Whatever they do for me will be for the benefit of all of you who decide to literally join my army.

The need for churches to become networking churches in God's Army

The churches are not going to bring in this billion soul harvest, unless they literally become NETWORKING CHURCHES with MY ARMY.

This is MY ARMY and doesn't belong to any church or religious institution.

Jesus is the Commander in Chief, and He will lead a mighty army of networking churches and ministries that will work side-by-side with one another, like the allies did in World War II.

WFC and Rose are NOT meant to be an umbrella for all my other churches and ministries to come under.

Some will choose to literally become part of WFC, but there will be a good reason for them doing that.

Find your place and assignment in God's Army

I now want you to get on those CONNECTING PROJECTS. It needs to be done to move forward. Work on the COMPANIES this morning.

That will be a good place for warriors to find their assignment in My Army.

Become specialists, my children.

Become an expert at whatever assignment that we find for you to do for me.

It doesn't even have to be a permanent assignment.

Maybe I just have one person waiting out there to meet you, and then you can move on to either something or somebody else.

The bottom line to the success of my entire army is that I want you to work together for the good of My Kingdom.

Every assignment is important, big or small.

The key is to follow the leadings of my Spirit on a daily basis.

Approach each day with the words. "Ok, Lord. What do you want me to do for your Kingdom today?"

Sometimes one kind word to a person can make a difference in somebody else's life.

Winning the world through LOVE and NOT RELIGION

I told you over and over again, that we will win the world through love and not religion.

Love one another.

That is the key to the success of this next major mission.

Love is the key. Got it? Good!

Thank you, Lord. I love you.

Talk to me later. Holy Spirit. Try to lead me through this. Things flow when you lead, and they don't when you don't.

I hear you.

I will clarify what I want.

Allow God to give you an assignment in GOD'S ARMY

As a result, many of the 5-fold and other assignments will overlap with one another.

Jesus is the Commander in Chief of HIS ARMY. Only God knows how all the pieces in HIS ARMY are to connect with one another.
