Redeeming the Time: A 15 Year Circle of Completion

Encounter with Obama

This is my encounter with Obama (around 2007) and the dream from the introduction of my book, Dreams to Save a Nation:

One day at work, the publisher of the newspaper made an announcement to have all of our offices clean and put in order because of a guest who would be visiting. We were told he was a senator, and his name was Barack Obama. I had never heard of him prior to that day. Mr. Obama arrived and went into the executive boardroom to meet with the heads of the departments.

During their closed-door meeting, I left my cubicle to go use the restroom. Upon returning to my desk, I saw Barack Obama walking towards me to go use the restroom I had just left. I looked at him, and he looked at me. Nothing was said, and no smiles were exchanged.

I had absolutely no context or previous information about who he was, but in that moment, I immediately discerned something strangely powerful but dark within his eyes.

Let me also mention that this encounter took place maybe six or eight months before there was any mention of his potential run for president of the United States.

That evening, I fell asleep on my couch reading and praying. I had a very interesting dream. In my dream, I saw the man whom I had made eye contact with earlier in the day. The man, Barack Obama, stood up over the nation as the next president of the United States.

Next, I was taken to a time in the future when I knew he was serving a second presidential term in office. In the dream, I was taken to a view from above the United States to see the consequences of his two terms. I saw the nation reeling from shock, because they realized Obama was someone different than he had led them to believe.

I was also made aware that secret and hidden regulations and agendas were advanced against national sovereignty and against Christian values and freedoms.

Several months later, when Barack Obama made an announcement to run for president, I knew this dream was more than a coincidence.

This dream was heavenly intel for prayer. As events unfolded, and Obama had two terms as president of the United States, I realized just how prophetic that dream had been.

Spontaneous Word: Redeeming Time

The following is a word from Andrew Whalen, posted on his ministry Facebook page, Vanquish—Prophetic Warriors, on October 22, 2022:

I believe that we are about to receive a fifteen-year return and recovery from the Lord.

This morning, I woke up from a dream.

In the dream, I was watching a family reunion. It was not my family; it was another family that I was observing. I realized I was watching a family being reunited after fifteen years, and I began to weep. I thought of how much had happened in a time span of fifteen years—years lost to share life, joy, hopes, and dreams, etc.; but I had tears of joy, realizing the family was now coming together to recover lost time!

I woke up this morning, after having the dream, to a text from a friend who sent me a picture of a man whom she had met. This man was a spiritual father of mine whom I had met fifteen years ago. I haven't seen or heard from him in several years, and the joy in my heart exploded to see that my friend had just randomly met this man.

Suddenly, I heard the Lord say, "I am bringing a fifteen-year circle of completion. I will restore the damage that Obama did to America that no one even knows about.

I will restore the fortunes of Zion.

I am bringing a complete reunion of My family in the power of My Spirit!

My people will redeem the time of fifteen years, will accelerate thirty, and enjoy the fulfillment of promises that have been delayed these fifteen years.

The spirit of Elijah is being restored back to My people, and it will accomplish this."

More Confirmation of "15"

The following was posted on Facebook by Andrew Whalen on July 23, 2025:

The other day, I reposted a word I had shared a few years ago that someone re-sent to me which seemed timely. Then today I opened up my X (Twitter) account and saw under "trending in the United States" the following phrase: "It's been fifteen years of one direction."

Of course, in light of sharing my recent post, this just seemed to jump out at me, and I had to explore it more. Come to find out... it's a boy band [One Direction] that started fifteen years ago...

Immediately in my spirit, I heard, "This is your confirmation of what has been 'trending' in the United States—a curse of 'one direction,' of death, perversion, and witchcraft for fifteen years—created by the 'Obama Boys'... But this is now coming to its circle of completion, a time of justice, a time of recompense, a time for a different direction!" (Photo of the band One Direction via Wikimedia Commons)

Here is a Biblical connection to a fifteen-year redemption of time:

"In those days Hezekiah became mortally ill. The prophet Isaiah son of Amoz came to him and said, 'This is what the LORD says: "Put your house in order, for you are about to die; you will not recover."'

"Then Hezekiah turned his face to the wall and prayed to the LORD, saying, 'Please, O LORD, remember how I have walked before You faithfully and with wholehearted devotion; I have done what is good in Your sight.' And Hezekiah wept bitterly.

"And the word of the LORD came to Isaiah, saying, 'Go and tell Hezekiah that this is what the LORD, the God of your father David, says: "I have heard your prayer; I have seen your tears. Behold, I will add fifteen years to your life. And I will deliver you and this city from the hand of the king of Assyria. I will defend this city. This will be a sign to you from the LORD that He will do what He has promised:

I will make the sun's shadow that falls on the stairway of Ahaz go back ten steps."'

"So the sunlight went back the ten steps it had descended." (Isaiah 38:1–8 BSB)

I believe the shadow of darkness that went out over the nation, as a result of Obama and his wickedness, is being turned back!

In prayer I heard the Lord say, "The public announcement of Obama being arrested will be the sign to America that the spiritual onslaught of the LGBTQ against the culture is also now being arrested!"

Strike Force "Wink and Nod"

Below is an excerpt from Andrew Whalen, posted on his ministry's Facebook page, Vanquish—Prophetic Warriors, after seeing a Fox New's post dated July 24, 2025:

I am having fun connecting some potential prophetic dots... Yesterday, we met for an hour and a half on zoom and discussed Obama, my history with him, his nefarious deeds, etc., and then we prayed, contended for, and declared speedy justice! (Screenshot of Fox New's post via Andrew Whalen)

At the end of the call yesterday, I heard the Lord say, "The faith of these Strike Force members is precious and not to be underestimated!"

And then I saw this today: "STRIKE FORCE" being created to get justice?

Is it me, or is that like a possible wink and nod from the Lord?

Opening Doors

The following is a Q post that Andrew reposted on Facebook, along with his responded, on July 24, 2025:

Q post: "The attempted 'COUP' [TREASON] opens the 'public' door to more serious...

"The PILL must be easy to swallow.

"The 'LEAD-IN.'

"The PUBLIC must be prepared for what is about to come.

"'THE CLINTON FOUNDATION.'"

Andrew's response: We are now having the "public" conversation about the attempted "coup"/treason!

That also means a door will be opening to have the public conversation about "crimes against children/humanity."

We have been at war for a long time... Thank God we are beginning to witness a shift! Praying for speedy justice!"
