The assignment of this Company is to train pastors or associate pastors the way God wants things done for newly established WFC churches, or small churches that want to become a WFC church.
Another assignment can be to oversee what is happening and give suggestions.
God wants churches that will be led by the Holy Spirit and NOT church as usual.
